ShoulderMaxx analyzes your shoulder photos, builds tailored shoulder-focused workouts, and helps you track progress with AI scans, rep counting and nutrition tools. Use the steps below for common account, billing and feature questions.
Subscriptions are handled by the app store you used to buy them. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), go to Subscriptions, find ShoulderMaxx and follow the store’s cancel instructions; your in-app access will continue until the store’s subscription period ends.
Open ShoulderMaxx on the new device, go to Settings > Restore Purchases and tap Restore; if that fails, make sure you are signed into the same App Store/Google account used to buy the subscription and try Restore Purchases again.
Refunds are issued by the App Store or Google Play. Use your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play to request a refund and follow the store’s refund process; we cannot process store refunds from inside the app.
In the app go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account, review the confirmation, and confirm deletion; this removes your profile, photos, scans and progress from our servers and cannot be undone.
Retake photos in good, even lighting with the camera at chest height and a neutral background, follow on-screen pose guides for front/side/rear shots, and make sure your whole torso and shoulders are visible without cropped edges before retrying the scan.
Go to Settings > Help > Report a Problem, include a short description, steps to reproduce, your device model, app version and any screenshots or screen recordings, then submit; our team uses these details to investigate and respond.
Check that ShoulderMaxx has camera permission, prop the phone so the full range of motion is visible, ensure consistent form and lighting, then close and reopen the app and retry the exercise; if it still fails, use Manual Rep Entry in the workout screen.
Meal photos are analyzed by AI to give quick estimates but can be approximate; after a scan tap Edit Meal to adjust portion sizes, change items or enter exact calories and macros to match what you actually ate.
